Highly methodical and detail oriented, piloted successful outcomes in audits and representations. Structured and managed the overall operations and financial controls for a manufacturing facility producing highly technical flexible circuit boards. Ms. Lexin graduated with a B.S. in Management from Pepperdine University.

Mark Haack is a tax attorney with forty years of expertise in international tax, real estate, closely held businesses and family partnerships and client representation before the IRS, including the International Division and Large Case Advisory Group; the Franchise Tax Board, and appeals to California Tax and Fee.

Mr. Haack is licensed to practice before the United States Tax Court. His background includes Director of Tax Operations at Touche Ross (Deloitte & Touche) and he has been a partner with Caims, Haack, Eng & Applegate for 10 years where he served as principal member serving tax engagements. Mr. Haack received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration with a specialty in Finance from Loyola Marymount in Los Angeles, CA, a Juris Doctorate degree from Southwestern University School of Law and a LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego.

Mr. Marshall has over thirty five years of experience in public accounting, primarily in tax related functions. In the spectrum of tax practice, Mr. Marshall has had a strong focus on representation matters, including representing clients before the United States Tax Court and before District Counsel. Other areas of his practice include corporate income tax, business reorganizations, international taxation of inbound and outbound transactions and multistate sales and use tax law. Mr. Marshall graduated with honors from the University of California Irvine.

Mr. Sage is an experienced tax attorney with a special focus on tax controversy representation and business consulting. He has counseled clients through entity formation, organizational structure, dissolution, and every business stage in between. Practicing law for over a decade, Dean has managed an expansive array of tax controversy issues for individual and corporate clients alike. While he works routinely with the IRS, he has also represented taxpayers before state and local taxation entities. He has counseled clients on navigating sales tax issues across all fifty states. Dean is admitted to practice law in California and before the United States Tax Court. Dean graduated from UCLA with both College and Provost’s Honors. He earned a Masters of Entrepreneurship, graduating with distinction, from the University of Otago in Dunedin, New Zealand. Dean received his Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School before completing his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was awarded the Richard A. Shaw scholarship for academic achievement. Dean was named one of San Diego’s “Best New Attorneys” in the Tax Section of The Recorder, and was listed in the San Diego Business Journal’s “Best of the Bar” edition.
